Minerals can manipulate on your children’s growth and development as well as their health being one of the essential nutrients of the body.

Although a small amount of minerals are required by our body unlike carbohydrates. However without the presence of minerals in human body carbohydrates proteins and the other nutrients cannot function properly.

Human body requires minerals along with vitamins for healthy growth and development of children. Minerals also contribute towards taking proper care of health, shaping and strengthening bones, producing hormones and also maintaining the heartbeats.

Minerals like Calcium are required in over 100 mg each day but body requires mineral like zinc in low quantity.
However minerals are required everyday by the body.
