What is Detox? – It is treatment performed to get rid of the poisonous substances, especially alcohol and toxins in our body. Also defined as the regular cleansing of the inner self; taking out waste in our body that can build up in our system as this can cause harm in our body.
Constipation, sluggishness, skin problems and fatigue are the common symptoms that your body is starting to build up toxins inside, the person can also experience the following: headaches, muscle pain and bad breath in that matter. After the detox diet, you have to slowly reintroduce food back into your diet system so as to avoid a bloated feeling. At this time your stomach became a little smaller so you have to be careful in not overloading it with heavy food. What we want to achieve is to regain the energy and wellbeing which will make you extra aware and more in tune with your body. You can choose always choose to continue the process by cutting the intake of processed food and bad stuff, eating a healthier meal and fuelling your system with nutrition.
