Brief Review of DEX-L10 Hoodia Gordonii

Hoodia Gordonii may hold the solution to the global obesity epidemic experts believe. This plant supplement that was originally used by the native peoples in the Kalahari desert to ward off hunger and thirst by eating the core of the plant, it is now thought to contain a special molecule that makes the brain think one is full and reduces one's interest in food thus delivering weight loss.   Hoodia Gordonii is a Kalahari Desert plant with the benefits of appetite suppression, known as Xhoba by the bushmen of the Kalahari Desert in South Africa. After several years of being a hot dieting product, Hoodia still has no reported side effects. Hoodia weight loss supplements now come in five main product types, pills, liquids, patches, teas and low carb snacks.

After a 60-Minutes TV show airing a report on the Hoodia plant, DEX-L10 Hoodia Products got major exposure to the world. DEX-L10 Hoodia Products are made by a company named Delmar Labs, Nutralab, Inc. DEX-L10 has a relatively large marketplace showing both in stores and online. There are three major Hoodia products for sale currently. First released for the dieting public was DEX-L10's Basic Diet Pills. Next they released a herb complex called DEX-L10 Complete. More recently came out with their own chocolate treat called DEX-L10 Hoodia Gordonii Soft Chews.

When compared against other Hoodia products, DEX-L10's first product is the original DEX-L10 Hoodia Gordonii 500mg capsules taken twice daily. The top Hoodia brands contain 1000mg capsules but are taken only once daily, so it averages out to be the same. Perhaps DEX-L10's recommended serving twice a day may allow a constant supply within the body compared to the once daily supply into the body that may not last in the system until the next recommended dossing. DEX-L10 Hoodia Gordonii is unknown to be CITES certified, originates from South Africa and appears to undergo third party independent lab testing. With DEX-L10's Complete fat burner, unfortunately displays a proprietary blend on their label so it is unknown how much Hoodia Gordonii is actually contained in this 700mg capsule. Proprietary blends keep customers from knowing essential information, so it is not known how much of each ingredient actually makes up the 700mg in the pill. Other ingredients that are in the DEX-L10's Complete are Chromium, Green Tea Extract, Guarana, Evodia, Rhodiola Root, Digezyme and Bioperine. DEX-L10 Hoodia Gordonii is unknown to be CITES certified, originates from South Africa and appears to undergo third party independent lab testing. Lastly, is the DEX-L10 Hoodia Chews, these dieting candies are considered to be some of the best in the category of Hoodia Snacks. Each chew contains 250 mg. of Hoodia Gordonii as well as ingredients to make the chocolate chews including Polyglycitol syrup, Palm kernel oil, Soy protein Isolate, Cocoa Extract, Malic Acid, Monodiglycerides, Natural and Artificial flavors, Soya Lecithin, Salt and Sucralose. The amount of Hoodia Gordonii is not much when compared to most pills but it is actually a large amount when compares with Hoodia snacks. Most Hoodia treats are meant for in between meal cravings including the DEX-L10's Hoodia Chews.  DEX-L10 Hoodia Gordonii chews are unknown to be CITES certified, originates from South Africa and appears to undergo third party independent lab testing.

Looking at customer reviews for any of the DEX-L10 products, appears to be a mixed feeling overall - some believing the product is great while others believe they do nothing. So the only test to decide, would be to try it and make one's own decision.
