Who doesn't want to look slim, attractive and be in shape whatever come may, they are ready to do anything and everything and the first obvious step taken is to switch to healthy diet. The best in this category is the low carb diet. As this diet is low on carbs, so the body has to run for its fat reserves, thus allows losing weight quickly and easily.

The diet has umpteen selections and options to include and thus restrict one self to revert to fatty or high in sugar foods when you get craving of hunger. Here are some examples

Low Carb Diet Example #1: Scrambled Eggs

Eggs being rich on proteins and containing fewer carbs are ideal to be on 'low carb diet menu'. Also the recipes that could be tried out of these eggs are many that one can enjoy it without getting bored. Keeping eggs on the breakfast chart would be a great idea.

Low Carb Diet Example #2: Fresh Fruit

Fresh fruits have always been a part of a healthy diet. Bananas and strawberries with eggs for the breakfast is a great option. The fruits however contains sugar, thus it is advisable to have fruits early in a day so that the body gets rid of it before going to bed.

Low Carb Diet Example #3: Nuts

Nuts are the best munchies to grab on rather than chips and other junk food. Jotting them in the diet menu is a must. Especially almonds are good for health and should be taken.

Low Carb Diet Example #4: Salmon

Salmons are again low on carbs. Grilling it and making a meal with salmon and a garden salad for instance, would be a perfect meal if you are on a low carb diet.

Low Carb Diet Example #5: Fish Oil Tablets

Fish oil tablets supplements the low carb diet. They are available at your local health foods store.
