Chinese topped chicken and mashed cauliflower

Ingredients you need

Method:

Beat the chicken breast to flatten it. Place it in an oven dish and grease it. Then, wrap these chicken pieces in a foil and cook it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the chicken from the oven when cooked, top with sliced tomato and cheese, and then grill it until the cheese melts. Boil or microwave the cauliflower until it is soft. Mash it with butter and pepper. Mix the two and serve.

Salmon fillet with mayonnaise and vegetables

Method:

Place the salmon and tomatoes in the hot broiler/grill together. Cook well for 5 minutes on both sides. Turn once, while cooking. Top the salmon with mayonnaise and serve with the cooked broccoli.

Stir-fried turkey strips and salad

Ingredients:

6 oz. boneless skinless turkey breast 2 tsp. olive or canola oil 1 clove of minced/chopped garlic ¼ tsp. paprika, 2 cups of lettuce 1 cup of sliced cucumber 6 cherry tomatoes 1 tbsp. reduced fat dressing 1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds.

Method:

To start with, cut the turkey breast into thin strips or layers and sprinkle with paprika. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet or pan, add the turkey strips and cook. Turn the turkey frequently for uniform cooking. Cook for about 4-5 minutes.
